• Drake DeVore is a junior starting his third year behind the plate for the 1998 Rocks. His first two years playing for the Rocks sophomore team.
  • Emerging as our starting catcher this season he has worked very hard this winter in the weight room and on his defensive and offensive skills.
  • Drake had double duty last summer, while catching 35 games for the 15-16 year old Red Sox team and also playing behind Corey Jager during the Legion Season.
  • Gaining valuable experience down the tournament trail in the Legion World Series he is an excellent young man and should have a stellar varsity career for Rock Island.
