Rock Island made short work of LaSalle Peru in six innings behind Jim Wignall, who had four RBI's and three hits, including a double and home run.

The 19-11 Rocks scored four runs in the first and third innings and three runs in the fourth and a final insurance run in the bottom of the sixth inning.

Dan Morrison also had a big game for the Rocks with two singles and two RBI's.

Winning Pitcher - Ed Saldana.  Losing Pitcher - Shelvin

Two or more hits - Rock Island:  Clayton George 2, Jim Wignall 3, Dan Morrison 2, Jason Amble 2.
